Cave Creek is its own incorporated town (cavecreekaz.gov) north of Scottsdale, known for a rustic, western desert character -- horse properties, dirt roads off the main corridor, and a historic downtown strip along Cave Creek Rd. Many Cave Creek properties sit on larger, unpaved parcels with horse corrals or outbuildings, which changes how a container gets spotted compared to a paved Scottsdale driveway. Let us know if your job has any flexibility on timing in July and August.
• Desert landscaping debris. Xeriscape teardowns and re-landscapes generate their own kind of load — decomposed granite, dead cactus and agave, pavers and edging — that is heavier and bulkier per yard than typical yard waste. Tell us what's coming out and we will size the container accordingly rather than guess.
• Gate codes and access. Several of Cave Creek's communities are gated or have guard-staffed entries. Have a code or a call-ahead arranged with the gatehouse so our driver isn't stuck waiting at the entrance on delivery day.
