We do not manufacture dumpsters or operate waste disposal facilities. Our role is to simplify your search by connecting you with a reputable, licensed and insured Service Provider who can handle delivery, servicing, pickup and disposal for your job. In some cases Herbert Bros Dumpster Rental may receive a referral fee, commission, or other compensation from the Service Provider we connect you with — this is at no additional charge to you, and the flat rate you are quoted is the rate you pay.

Regulations change
Permit requirements, right-of-way rules, disposal fees, recycling programs, HOA rules and severe-weather-related road restrictions are set by governments and community associations, not by us, and they change without notice. If your address is outside Scottsdale city limits, the rules of your own municipality apply, and they are frequently different — Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, Tempe and North Phoenix (Desert Ridge) each have their own separate local government. HOA-governed communities such as McCormick Ranch, DC Ranch and Gainey Ranch may add their own placement rules on top of city permitting.

Permit and placement responsibility
Unless your Service Provider specifically agrees in writing to secure a permit on your behalf, responsibility for any required placement permit — and for confirming whether one is needed for your address — rests with you, the customer. On private property no permit is generally required anywhere in Maricopa County; placement in a public right-of-way is where a permit most often applies.
Not engineering or safety advice
Guidance on driveway loading, demolition, roof work, mold, asbestos and hazardous materials is general in nature. Structural, environmental and safety questions should be referred to a qualified professional — a structural engineer, a licensed abatement contractor, or your local building department as appropriate.
